Welcome to Japan Tours Switzerland. This website is a personal project created and written by me, Giorgio Fragiacomo.
My mission is simple: to provide you with authentic, in-depth, and honest guides to travel in Japan, based entirely on real-world, first-hand experience. I believe that the best travel advice comes from someone who has not only visited a place, but has also invested their time and energy into understanding its culture and business.
The Founder Behind the Guides
The detailed articles and unique perspective you find on this site are a direct result of my diverse, hands-on journey through the worlds of travel, hospitality, and creative production. My story isn’t that of a typical travel blogger, but of an entrepreneur who loves to build experiences from the ground up.
My path includes:
- Investing in and marketing a vacation rental in Tokyo (Kaku Ikebukuro), giving me current, practical knowledge of Japan’s travel landscape.
- Managing high-profile events in one of the world’s most iconic cities with La Chic Venise.
- Launching and running a successful B&B in Venice (Giramondo B&B), where I learned the art of hospitality firsthand.
- Even supervising the construction of a nightclub in Italy, a project that taught me how to turn a bold vision into a tangible reality.
This background in building, managing, and marketing travel experiences is the foundation of every guide I write.
The Professional Agency: Giorgio Profili
While Japan Tours Switzerland is my personal passion project, my professional life is dedicated to my communication and marketing agency, Giorgio Profili.
Through my agency, I provide high-end event management, photography, and video production for clients in the travel and art industries. We operate across Venice, London, and Tokyo, giving us a unique international perspective. My ongoing studies in Film Practice at the London College of Communication (UAL) continuously refine my ability to tell compelling visual stories—a skill I bring directly to the content on this website.
In essence, you get the best of both worlds: the personal passion and honest insight of an independent traveller, backed by the quality and professionalism of an established marketing agency.
